sunshine after the storm

Another terrific thunderstorm this evening.

It's amazing how the plants stand up to the ferocious wind and rain as they pass over.

The pictures this evening in the garden show what a beautiful place we live in.

our favorite fuchsia

the picnic lawn - great when it's mown!

crocosmiae; daisies; mountains

beautiful, becoming my iconic summer pic

it's great that the bees love them

fuchsia gathered from over the Windy Gap

our first flower bed in the field

sunflowers and the house behind

bronze fennel with grubber

black hollyhock - amazing for the second year

towards the river...

sunflower, slieve bearnagh
Lupins against Slievenaboley

these uniquely coloured ones we propagated from the front garden
